STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE



  1.  JS Shooting Sports LLC allows for the cancellation of any event or service for full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled event or service.
  2. By registering for any event or service, the customer agrees to abide by all rules governing safe conduct during the scheduled event or service. Those rules include the following:
    1. Archery Range Rules/Policy

      2. • Always keep arrows pointed down range

      • Shoot only when directed to

      • Recover arrows only when directed to

      • Straddle the shooting line

      • All archers must shoot from the same shooting line

      • All archers must recover arrows at the same time

      • Shoot only the target(s) directly in front of you

​   ​• Respect others always

​b.  ​Shooting Range Rules/Policy

    ​• Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction

    ​• Do not load until given the load command

    ​• Keep you finger out of the trigger guard/off the trigger until your sights are on the target

    ​• Make sure those around you follow the range commands

3. ​Invoices are payable within 30 days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In ​the event of non-payment by the due date, JS Shooting Sports LLC reserves the right to add 10% to the outstanding ​           ​balance. ​ ​

4. ​If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, JS Shooting Sports LLC reserves the ​right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
